'THE ADVENTURES OF BARON MUNCHAUSEN' (1988) – A Forgotten Absurdist Fantasy Film | Review

Hey, all! In today's video, I’m reviewing the Terry Gilliam film, ‘The Adventures of Baron Munchausen’ (1988)! The film centres around an eccentric aristocrat (John Neville) who embarks on incredible, fantastical adventures to save a besieged European city – with the help of a young girl (Sarah Polley) and a band of extraordinary companions. The movie is full of artistic and mythological references as the Baron and Sally encounter wondrous places, legendary figures, and brilliantly imaginative challenges.

I watched this movie a few times as a kid and found it very fun if not strange, but am I just biased as a Python fan?
