Hello everyone, and welcome back to my channel! In today’s video, I’m discussing the 5th episode of Season 5 of ‘The X Files’, ‘The Post-Modern Prometheus’. It has Special Agents Mulder and Scully visit a town rumoured to be inhabited by a two-faced 'monster' who is subject to break-ins with Cher singing a backing track. What's the purpose of these break-ins? Is the monster even real, and what does the mysterious Dr Pollidori even know about this case? The episode is one of the most highly rated within the original series, and parodies Mary Shelley’s ‘Frankenstein’ in its own ‘X Files’ way. But is it worth the hype?
