‘STARMAN’ (1984) – John Carpenter’s Comforting Sci-Fi Romance Classic | Review

Hey, all! For this upcoming Valentine's Day, I've decided to review one of my favourite comfort films - John Carpenter's 'Starman'! It stars Karen Allen as Jenny Hayden, a recent widow who is visited by an alien who takes the form of her late husband (Jeff Bridges). She must take him to a crater to meet his people and get back home before he is captured and vivisected by the government!

I am judging the film fairly, or am I just viewing it through rose-tinted glasses? I hope I can explain why I love this film so much through my review!
